Community
Branxton Public School thrives on community spirit, showcasing a variety of cherished events throughout the year. The Book Week Parade ignites creativity as students dress as their favourite characters, celebrating a love for literature. The Easter Hat Parade brings families together, with children displaying their imaginative hats. Grandparents Day allows students to bond with their elders, sharing stories and performances that highlight the importance of intergenerational connections. Finally, Mother's and Father's Day celebrations express gratitude, with heartfelt tributes and family picnics fostering appreciation and love. Sporting events
Branxton Public School is dedicated to fostering a love for sports and physical activity among its students. Our fun Infants Fun Runs and vibrant athletic carnivals lay the foundation for a lifelong appreciation of fitness, encouraging our youngest learners to participate and enjoy movement. As students progress to primary school, they engage in more competitive athletic carnivals, showcasing their talents and teamwork.
We also provide a range of PSSA sporting activities, offering primary students opportunities to compete in various sports. Our strong ties with the community enhance our programs, as we collaborate with local organisations like The Knights Football Club and enlist local experts to teach K-6 students a diverse array of sports. This commitment to physical education not only promotes health and fitness but also nurtures teamwork, resilience, and school spirit at Branxton Public School.
